I moved to Costa Rica 13 years ago to work with sloths. Ten years and seven scientific papers later, I was spending the rest of my time working with and helping the communities of the South Caribbean (animal and human). I've spent a large part of my life travelling and being able to experience new places and cultures is such a beautiful privilege. In a previous iteration of my life I even worked in Italy as an archaeologist—which I definitely miss, especially the food! 

I'm always the planner of the trip and I want to squeeze every moment out of where I am, so I love to try and pack in as much as possible to see it all! I'm very much a carpe diem/seize the day kind of person, I never want to spend a moment thinking, 'what if', just say yes! If it goes sideways, you've learnt something along the way ;) 

I also love to plan trips not just for myself but also other people, sharing your knowledge and love of a country is magical, especially when you know all the secret spots!
